Mr. Capp's experience emphasizes a broad and deep background in all facets of practice including business, commercial, construction, employment, discrimination, business dissolution and breakup, contracts, real estate, estate and probate. In addition, he has also mediated and arbitrated multi-party, complex personal injury, nursing home and professional malpractice cases of all types as well as complex mass tort matters, including Benelate and L-Triptophane claims.

He is a member of the Florida Bar since 1964 and has been rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell continuously for over 20 years. As of October 1, 2000, he has mediated more than 6000 cases.

Background
Mr. Capp has a distinguished legal career in civil trial practice, all forms of alternate dispute resolution, real estate, business, trust and estates. He has mediated with Mediation, Inc. since 1986. He is a member of the trial bar of the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida and has served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and the National Association of Security Dealers (NASD). He often serves as a Speciall Master or Umpire and is asked by disputing parties to serve as an arbitrator or private judge of their disputes.
