Arden M. Siegendorf is a national leader in the field of alternative dispute resolution. He has been active in expanding the use of ADR in the courts, having served as a member of the Florida Supreme Court Committee on Mediation and Arbitration Rules and as Chairman of the Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mediation of The Florida Bar. He is certified to receive court appointments by the Florida Supreme Court and conducts mediation conferences throughout the United States as a member of Mediation, Inc. As an attorney and partner in a large law firm, he specialized in commercial law and litigation and taught at Miami-Dade and Tallahassee Community Colleges. He is a former Fl. Asst. Attorney General and past president of Tallahassee Mediation Center, Inc.

Served as a Miami City Commissioner (1971); Circuit Court Judge in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida and as a County Court Judge (1971-1981); Judicial career highlights include: a term as Administrative Judge, Appellate Division, sitting as a visiting judge on the Florida Supreme Court and the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal, and a 94% approval rating by the lawyers of his Circuit; Conducted more than 4,500 mediation and arbitration conferences in the State and Federal Courts and is trained and experienced in handling multi-party, complex matters with an emphasis on construction disputes, personal injury and wrongful death, medical malpractice, product liability, employment discrimination, eminent domain, commercial litigation, growth management, and environmental litigation; Diplomate, Fl Academy of Prof. Mediators; Fellow, Amer. College of Civil Trial Mediators; Member, ACR; Excellence in Mediation Award (FCRC); Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the World.
