Charles W. Crumpton of Stanton Clay Chapman Crumpton & Iwamura in Honolulu has practiced law since 1978 and has mediated and arbitrated disputes in insurance, personal injury, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, other professional negligence, construction, real property, employment, business/commercial, probate, land use, environmental and other civil matters since 1985, by private and court appointment. Background
He has taught ADR at Hawaii Pacific University since 1995 and at various local, national and international seminars, conferences and mediator/arbitrator trainings. He is co-founder, President and Director of the International Law Foundation, which conducts educational training exchange programs in ADR and law with Viet Nam, and is fluent in Vietnamese.

Education/Training
He received his J.D. degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law of the University of Hawaii in 1978, an M.A. in English Literature from the University of Hawaii in 1974, and a B.A. in English Literature from Carleton College in 1968. He has completed over 500 hours of mediation and arbitration training, and has served as a mediator and arbitrator trainer in local and national programs.
