Charles W. Crumpton of Crumpton & Hansen in Honolulu has practiced law since 1978 and has mediated and arbitrated disputes in insurance, personal injury, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, other professional negligence, construction, real property, employment, business/commercial, probate, land use, environmental and other civil matters since 1985, by private and court appointment. Background
Mr. Crumpton teaches Negotiations and Dispute Resolution at Hawaii Pacific University and in the Executive MBA program of the University of Hawaii Shidler College of Business Administration and the Viet Nam National University's Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City Business Colleges, and serves as faculty in ADR programs locally, nationally and internationally.

Education/Training
He received his J.D. degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law of the University of Hawaii in 1978, an M.A. in English Literature from the University of Hawaii in 1974, and a B.A. in English Literature from Carleton College in 1968. He has completed over 500 hours of mediation and arbitration training, and has served as a mediator and arbitrator trainer in local and national programs.

Fees
$250-$300/hr. or $2500-$3000 per day of mediation or arbitration; flexible to adjustment to suit case circumstances and needs.
