I am retained as a mediator and peacemaker in complex and difficult conflicts in both litigated and non-litigated contexts. The diversity and range of cases are broad, involving large corporate and family business conflicts, CERCLA claims, employment, commercial and contractual, construction and land development, partnership dissolutions and reconciliations. I have acted as both private mediator and as judge pro temp in criminal cases.
I give substantial pro bono time as a Victim-Offender Reconciliation mediator and trainer and as a lead trainer for the Fresno County Court Early Mandatory Mediation Program.
