Frank S. Hamlin has conducted over 2500 mediation and arbitration sessions throughout the mid south since 1992. His experience with mediation and arbitration includes cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, injuries involving brain damage and permanent and total disability, death cases involving over-the-road truck accidents, aviation crash litigation, DalkonShield suites, medical malpractice suits, nursing home litigation, invironmental disputes, construction cases, commercial litigation, securities litigation, employment litigation, insurance contract disputes, and disputes involving government entities.

Background
Frank has lectured at seminars and at law schools in Arkansas and in surrounding states on mediation and arbitration. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, BSBA (1971), and the University of Memphis School of Law (1974), He tried over 80 jury trials and numerous non jury trials in 22 years of public and private practice before becoming a full time mediator and arbitrator.
Mr. Hamlin has served as chair and co-chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the Arkansas Bar Association. He is a regular member of the Conflict Resolution Association. Frank served as President of the Arkansas Conflict Resolution Association from 1999-2001 and assists in the training of new mediators.
