Mr. Kingsepp, leader of the firm's litigation practice group, specializes in business litigation, municipal law and banking litigation. He is admitted to the Michigan bar, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Third Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Kingsepp is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and has appeared in the Southern District of New York, the Northern District of Ohio, the District of New Jersey, District U.S. Virgin Islands, and District of Puerto Rico.

Background Mr. Kingsepp has served as president (1987-1988) of the Oakland County Bar Association, chairman of the Board of Trustees, Alternative Dispute Resolution Center and Settlement Clearinghouse, and chairperson of the Adams Pratt Oakland Bar Foundation. Mr. Kingsepp has had the opportunity to be involved in many cases that have received national attention.

Mr. Kingsepp is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, its sections on Public Corporations and Family Law, and Trustee of the Michigan State Bar Foundation. He has served as a clerk and vice-chairperson of the State Bar of Michigan Representative Assembly and chairperson of the General Practice Section.

He is presently an officer of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section and on the council of the Senior Lawyers Section.
