Mr. Kingsepp, has maintaned a national litigation practice specializing in business commercial litigation, municipal law and banking litigation. He is admitted to the Michigan bar, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Third Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Kingsepp is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and has appeared in the Southern District of New York, the Northern District of Ohio, the District of New Jersey, District U.S. Virgin Islands, and District of Puerto Rico.
