a full service dispute resolution firm with neutral offices in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and Boca Raton. The firm's distinguished panel includes John W. Salmon and Robert A. Dulberg, who between them have more than 25 years experience as full time civil and family mediators. Background John W. Salmon, Esq. is a natural mediator with broad based legal, educational and business expertise. He has been an Adjunct Faculty member in the College of Business at Florida International University for more than 15 years. He is a Diplomate and past President of The Florida Academy of Professional Mediators. He currently services as Chair of the Alternative Dispute Committee of the Trial Lawyers Section of The Florida Bar and is past Chair of The Florida Bar Grievance Mediation Committee. John is a Certified Circuit Civil, Family and Federal mediator. In addition to having mediated nearly 4,000 cases, John is a frequent lecturer on mediation and negotiation techniques.

Education/Training John W. Salmon is a graduate of Penn State
University with Distinction in 1975, the University of Florida College of Law in 1978 and holds a Masters in Business Administration from Florida International
University in 1989. John has attended innumerable seminars and institutes on mediation and negotiation techniques.

Practicing in Florida

Fees The firm charges $250 per hour for two party cases; $300 per hour for three or more parties and $320 per hour for four or more parties. There is no adminstrative or scheduling fee.
