Lawrence Watson is a Founding Fellow of the College and recipient of the ACCTM 2005 Lifetime Achievement Award.

Mr. Watson's experience emphasizes business and commercial disputes with a strong background in construction claims,insurance and reinsurance matters, environmental, anti-trust, professional malpractice, products liability, and lender liability. He has also handled major personal injury claims, sexual harassment and discrimination claims, and civil rights actions. In addition to his mediation practice, Mr. Watson conducts third-party neutral case management and serves as an arbitrator.

Background Appointed as a third-party neutral in the mediation of claims across the United States, Mr. Watson served as Chairman of Florida Supreme Court Standing Committee on Mediation and Arbitration Rules for over a decade, and has been honored with The Lifetime Achievement Award by the American College of Civil Trial Mediators and the Award of Merit by the Florida Academy of Certifed Mediators.
