Background Mr. Aloi is a Past-President of the West Virginia State Bar (2002-2003), Past-President of the Marion County Bar Association. In 2001, he was named as Member of the Year by the West Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and in 1997 he was named as Pro Bono Attorney of the Year by the WVU College of Law Appalachian Center for Law and Public Service. He is a present member of the Board of Governors for the WV Trial Lawyers. He serves as an adjunct professor at the WVU College of Law and the West Virginia Wesleyan College MBA program.
