Michael Duckor works throughout the State of California as a private mediator, arbitrator and special master in securities, financial, business, employment, accounting, legal & broker malpractice, construction and real property litigation. It is often said that Mr. Duckor's trademark is his ability to see the "big picture" and lead parties to an effective goal-oriented resolution of their problems. Mr. Duckor is regularly retained by individual and business entity parties and has been appointed by the courts as a mediator, arbitrator and/or special master in many hundreds of matters.

Background In 1992, Mr. Duckor was appoionted by the San Diego Superior Court Presiding Judge to handle the case management, discovery disputes and settlement of the entire multi-hundred million dollar polybutylene plumbing litigation for the County of San Diego. He has served numerous times for the judiciary and in the private sector as an independent expert relating to issues involving case management and settlement. Mr. Duckor is credited with co-founding the special master program for the County of San Diego involving the formulation and implementation of the case management system of complex construction defect litigation cases in conjunction with early mediation assistance including the informal resolution of insurance coverage issues.
