Since January 1994 Peter Grilli has mediated approximately 220 cases per year, ranging over the scope of civil litigation in federal and state courts and NASD and other arbitral fora. Cases have included commercial, intellectual property, employment, securities, professional negligence, construction, civil rights, maritime, antitrust, environmental, False Claims Act/qui tam, insurance coverage and class actions. Significant cases have included the then-largest class action employment case ever certified, an $85 million qui tam settlement, securities and banking class actions and a school desegregation case.
