BOOKING A RESERVATION:
1. A credit card is required to confirm each reservation.
2. A "non-refundable" $35.00 processing fee will be charged at time of booking.
3. The balance of the stay will be charged to the credit card on file 14 Days Prior to Arrival.
CANCELLATIONS:
1. Reservations canceled MORE than 14 Days prior to arrival will forfeit the $35.00 processing fee.
2. Reservations canceled 14 Days or LESS prior to arrival will forfeit the TOTAL AMOUNT of the reservation stay booked.
BLOCK ROOMS CUT-OFF:
To receive the special group room rates, reservations must be received by The Sagamore no later than MAY 31, 2012.
