Mr. Kraege is a Mediator and Attorney at Law having conducted over 2,500 mediations in the past fifteen years, in all types of civil cases including cases involving complex commercial disputes, products liability, employment law, construction law, real estate issues, and all types of tort litigation, commercial and business litigation.

*Frequent lecturer and author on Mediation, Negotiation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Regularly participates in training of lawyers, mediators, and law students.

*Participated in PBS television program for education of the public about alternative dispute resolution (1997).

*Author, amicus curiae brief in landmark case State v. Carter, 658 N.E.2nd 818 (Ind.App.1995) one of the first cases in Indiana appellate courts dealing with issue of bad faith in mediation.
