Background Mr. Smith has considerable litigation and trial experience as a commercial litigator with Heller, Ehrman, White & McAuliffe; as Senior Litigation Counsel with worldwide responsibilities at Bank of America; and as Assistant United States Attorney. He is the President of the Mediation Society and a Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators. He has experience in mediating high-technology, intellectual property, employment, construction, health-related, insurance, and international matters.
