Background Stephen Brannan received his J.D. from Memphis State University in 1985 and joined the firm of Dickinson & Gibbons, P.A. He has been a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer since 1992; is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida; is a former Barrister of the Sarasota County American Inn of Court and formerly served on the Grievance Committee of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit. Mr. Brannan is a member of DRI and past Vice Chairman of the Grievance Committee of the 12th Judicial Circuit. He is a 6TH Generation Floridian. "A" rated by Martindale Hubbell.
