Steve Sawicki has been a practicing attorney in Florida since 1977, specializing in civil litigation and appellate practice, with trials throughout the state and appearances before the United States Supreme Court, the Florida Supreme Court, and several appellate courts.

Steve became a Certified Mediator in 1989 and is approved by the Florida Dispute Resolution Center, the American Arbitration Association, the Manville Personal Injury Settlement Trust, the Florida Department of Business Regulation, and the Florida Department of Insurance. He is certified as Primary Trainer for Circuit Civil Mediation by the Florida Supreme Court. Since 1989 he has conducted over 4000 mediations covering a wide range of tort and contract disputes.

Steve's practice is devoted entirely to mediation. He travels extensively to mediate and lecture. He is a Founding Fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators.
