Tim is a former litigator with 20 years experience practicing in the area of civil litigation, personal injury, police misconduct, professional negligence and general practice including criminal and family law. While also serving as a law school instructor in the area of trial practice and serving as judge Pro Tempore for local courts, Tim began to serve the courts in the area of alternative dispute resolution. After years of court ordered arbitrations and "hybrid" mediations, Tim now focuses exclusively on medations. He has continued his professional education by attending the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine School of Law and Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation.
