Background During Mr. Goodman's more than thirty years of active law practice, he was always involved in a strong trial and appellate practice. Major practice areas included professional malpractice, products liability, automobile, construction torts, premises liability, environmental litigation and employment. As a highly experienced mediator and arbitrator with Henning Mediation and Arbitration Service, Inc., he has mediated well over 2000 cases. He has been selected by his peers for inclusion in "The Best Lawyers in America" (ADR) and in Atlanta Magazine as a Georgia Super Lawyer (ADR). He has received the Tradition of Excellence Award from the State Bar General Practice & Trial Section.
