He is a member of the American Arbitration Associations California Roster of Full-Time Neutrals, its Large Complex Case Program Panel, Employment Panel, Northern California Law Practice Dispute Resolution Panel and the Associations domestic and international mediation and commercial arbitration panels, the Center for Public Resources Panel of Distinguished Neutrals (San Francisco Panel), the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD) mediation panel, the mediation panel for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Californias mediation, arbitration and early neutral evaluation programs. He is also an active member of the Alameda, Contra Costa and San Francisco Superior Court ADR panels. He has received extensive dispute resolution training from each of these entities as well as Harvard Law School.
