2024 Annual Conference

The Downeast Maine town of Bar Harbor is situated on Mount Desert Island.  Bar Harbor is known as the best home base for exploring Acadia National Park.  We are excited to once again experience Bar Harbor’s one-of-a-kind charms and coastal attractions.  The Atlantic Oceanside Hotel and Conference Center is located in the heart of this quaint Maine town providing walking access to downtown.

• Click the BOOK NOW button, click on Add Code.
• On the drop-down menu click on Discount Code, then select Group Attendee.
• Enter Group Attendee Name: ACCTM0624 and click ADD.
• Details of your group block will appear. Click on SELECT & GO TO THE NEXT STEP.The guest room selection will appear after you enter your arrival and departure dates.
• RATE:                         $349 per night (++) and include a daily Continental Plus Breakfast, Internet, and Complimentary Parking.  Each room has a Balcony/Patio with Ocean View.  Requests for King or 2 Queen rooms are taken based upon availability.  Reservations are guaranteed with a major credit card.
• CANCELLATION:   Cancellations received at least four (4) days prior to arrival date will incur a $25 administrative fee.
  Cancellations received 72 hours (3 days) or fewer prior to arrival date will be charged for one night’s stay.
• BLOCK AVAILABILITY:

  Rooms thereafter at rack rate based upon availability.
