Newport, RI, will be the conference site for 2025. Surrounded by historical cobblestone streets and world-famous yachts, the Newport Hotel and Marina are just steps away from everything in the downtown area. From shopping to dining to simply strolling around and seeing the sights, you will enjoy experiencing the city by the sea.  The conference program will follow the usual three-day format with a Welcome Reception on Sunday evening; Monday breakfast followed by Conference Sessions and Member lunch – Monday dinner; Tuesday breakfast followed by Conference Sessions – Tuesday sail on the Eleanor with Newport Classic Cruises.

Reservations guaranteed by valid major credit card at time of reservation.  Guests are responsible for Full Reservation.  Any guaranteed reservation NOT cancelled by April 1, 2025, will be subject to full payment of entire stay with room and tax fees charged to the individual’s credit card on file.
