Conference room rates will be honored three (3) days before group arrival and three (3) days after group departure based upon availability. Package Room Rates include Breakfast for each Guest every day during your stay.

**CANCELLATION GUARANTY ** – All room reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card which will be supplied at the time of reservation.   All guests are responsible for their full reservation.  Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled by May 5, 2026, will be subject to the full reservation, room, and tax fee and will be charged to the individual attendee’s credit card on file.
