Featuring Guest Presenters:

• Tricia Schafer of Tricia Schafer Dispute Resolution, Scottsdale, AZ.  A former program director for a nationally-renowned negotiation training institute, Tricia recognizes bargaining tactics, patterns, and strategies, and leverages these and other nuances to empower mediation participants to resolve disputes. is a full-time arbitrator and mediator at JAMS, concentrating her practice in construction and surety claims, employment discrimination, wage and non-compete disputes, fidelity and business insurance coverage analysis, and other complex commercial disputes.
• Mark Lassiter of Lassiter Law Firm, Tempe, AZ.  Mark was recently inducted as a member of ACCTM and is arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association (the AAA) serving as a member of its Commercial, Construction Industry and Large and Complex Case Panels. He is also a Fellow in  the College of Commercial Arbitrators, and serves on the panel of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (the ICDR).
