Amy is the first female in Nebraska to be accepted into the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. She has successfully mediated a wide variety of disputes, including disability discrimination claims, personal injury claims, gender discrimination claims, wrongful death claims, invasion of privacy claims, defamation claims, medical malpractice claims, estate claims, landlord/tenant disputes and contract disputes, among others.

– $385 PER HOUR – Including Prep and Travel Time

*ASSUMES THE BILL IS DIVIDED BY THE NUMBER OF PARTIES PARTICIPATING UNLESS THERE IS AN AGREEMENT BY THE PARTIES TO A DIFFERENT ARRANGEMENT
ARBITRATION FEES: 2025 RATE
– $450 PER HOUR – Including Prep and Travel Time

*CANCELLATION FEE of $1,000.00 per day for number of days booked for arbitration should arbitration be cancelled or postponed less than 10 business days in advance of the arbitration start date.
