She is a member of numerous rosters and panels, including the mediation panels of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals (“CAMP”), the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York (First Department), the District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the Supreme Court of the State of New York (Commercial Division), the National Roster of Arbitrators and the National Roster of Mediators of the American Arbitration Association, FINRA’s Roster of Arbitrators and the CPR Panel of Distinguished Neutrals.
Before pivoting to mediation, Holly spent nearly three decades practicing employment and employee benefits law at the highest level at top tier law firms in New York City. As a trusted advisor, Holly helped her clients settle hundreds of high stakes, complex and emotion-laden disputes, in mediation and outside of mediation.
Represented employers and executives in all aspects of employment and employee benefits law and employee relations. Litigated disputes involving restrictive covenants, ERISA claims, executive compensation, employment agreements, statutory employment discrimination claims, wage and hour claims, and common law tort and contract claims, in federal and state courts, before administrative and government agencies and in arbitral forums. Advised employers on employment law compliance and best practices, drafted and negotiated employment agreements, separation agreements and other employment-related agreements, provided anti-harassment and anti-discrimination training, and conducted workplace investigations.
