James L. Nulman

James L. Nulman is a full time mediator whose practice extends throughout the state of Florida. Jim practiced construction and commercial litigation for over 25 years, mostly with the Fort Myers, FL law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt. He began mediating in the mid-1990s and in 2006 established Nulman Mediation Services as a full time mediator.
Jim mediates more than 175 cases a year, with an emphasis on construction, commercial, insurance coverage and employment disputes. He frequently handles large, multi-party cases involving as many as twenty or more parties. Jim is known for his “hands on,” evaluative approach that has led to his reputation as an effective mediator who helps settle the vast majority of cases in which he is involved.

While originally based in Southwest Florida, over the years Jim’s mediation practice grew to be statewide.
