Jeffrey M. Fleming

Jeff has been a member of The Florida Bar for 40 years and has the unusual distinction of being both a Board Certified Specialist in Civil Trial Law and a retired Florida Circuit Court Judge.  He also served as an Associate Judge on Fifth District Court of Appeal.  Since 2013, Jeff has used that experience to build a successful mediation practice having  mediated over 1,600 cases.  He is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and a Fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators.  As a Certified Circuit, Appellate, Family Law, and Federal Court Mediator Certified by the Middle District of Florida, Jeff mediates a wide variety of civil matters.

Jeff also regularly serves as an arbitrator and special magistrate. He is a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator and a Fellow of the Academy of Court-Appointed Neutrals.

Jeff is from Orlando where he continues to reside.  He has a history of civic involvement and currently serves on the UCF Legal Studies Advisory Board. Jeff and his wife, Joanne, were married in 1986.  They have four children.
