Jennifer Lupo, Esq.

A distinguished neutral with more than 30 years’ experience resolving complex commercial, employment and insurance disputes,  Jennifer Lupo brings a unique perspective to her craft as a neutral having sat in each seat at the dispute resolution table.  First as a litigator, then as general counsel to private and public companies, and finally, as the neutral.

Ms. Lupo has served as a wing, sole arbitrator, sole mediator, and co-mediator in hundreds of cases successfully resolved either by settlement in mediation, or issuance of an award in arbitration.  In the past five years, Jennifer has mediated or arbitrated the following types of disputes: business divorce (and shareholder and member disputes), complex commercial, contracts (domestic and international), construction/engineering/architecture, employment, entertainment (music, theater, and film), financial institutions and investments, insurance (incl. interpretation; FDA recalls), information technology, intellectual property, sports (boxing, baseball, and football) and telecommunications.

In addition to CPR’s commercial and employment arbitration and mediation rosters, Ms. Lupo is a member of the national commercial and employment arbitration and mediation rosters of AAA and a FINRA arbitrator.  Jennifer is also a member of the esteemed mediation panels of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County, Commercial Division.
