John W. Salmon, Esq. is President of Salmon & Dulberg Dispute Resolution, one of the largest panels of neutrals in Florida. He is a Distinguished Fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators where he is Editor-in-Chief of the American Journal of Mediation published by the College. John is also a member of the Executive Council of the ADR Section of The Florida Bar and a Diplomate Member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and serves on its Executive Committee. Over the past 32 years as a full-time neutral, John has mediated 8,000 plus cases.

John W. Salmon, Esq., is a natural mediator with broad based legal,
educational, and business expertise.
He has served as an Adjunct Faculty member in both the College of Business and College of Law at Florida International
University.

John is a Diplomate and past President of The Florida Academy of Professional Mediators and a Member of the National Academy of Distinquished Neutrals.
He has served as Chair of the Alternative Dispute Committee of the Trial Lawyers Section of The Florida Bar and is past Chair of The Florida Bar Grievance Mediation Committee.

John is a
Certified Circuit Civil, Family, Appellate and Federal mediator. In addition to having mediated nearly 7,000 cases, John is a frequent lecturer on mediation and ne;tiation techniques where he often combines martial arts into his presentations. John is a Nidan – second degree black belt – in the Cuong Nhu Oriental Martial Arts Association.

Education / Training

John W. Salmon is a graduate of Penn State University with Distinction in 1975, the University of Florida College of Law in 1978 and holds a Masters in Business Administration from Florida International University in 1989. John is a frequent speaker at seminars and institutes on mediation and negotiation techniques.
