Richard B. Lord

Richard Lord is a co-founder and mediator with ADRsource and partner in Schrieber ADR. He is a member of the Florida Bar, a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, a Certified Mediator for the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, a Diplomate Member of The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN), and a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.  An active member of the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution, he served 6 years on the Section Council, and has served as a chair of both the Mediation and Membership committees. Richard handles a broad range of commercial and personal injury cases with an emphasis on breach of contract, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, construction and insurance claims.  A former trial lawyer, he has also served as national settlement counsel. Richard is frequently engaged as a lecturer on ADR topics and is a member of the ACCTM Editorial Board.
