Mr. Brannan has been practicing as a Certified Mediator since 1996 primarily in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home, business litigation, contract disputes and various commercial litigation.
Stephen Brannan received his J.D. from Memphis State University in 1985 and joined the firm of Dickinson & Gibbons, P.A. He has been a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer since 1992; is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida; is a former Barrister of the Sarasota County American Inn of Court and formerly served on the Grievance Committee of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit. Mr. Brannan is a member of DRI and past Vice Chairman of the Grievance Committee of the 12th Judicial Circuit. He is a 6TH Generation Floridian. “A” rated by Martindale Hubbell.
