Thomas R. Juneau, Sr. is a full-time mediator with one of the most prolific mediation practices in the country. In the past few years, has served as mediator in nearly 2,000 disputes in Louisiana, California, Texas, and New York, ranging from basic two-party casualty matters to complex, multi-party class action lawsuits. He is partner in the mediation firm of Perry Dampf Dispute Solutions and a shareholder in the law firm of Juneau David, APLC.
While Mr. Juneau’s mediation practice has focused on serious personal injury and wrongful death cases, he has mediated cases in a wide array of other fields as well. The vast majority of his mediations result in settlement, and he is tireless and creative in his approach to getting cases resolved.
Thomas R. Juneau, Sr. is a partner at Perry Dampf Dispute Solutions and a shareholder with Juneau David, APLC. He completed mediation training at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine Law School, ranked the #1 dispute resolution program in the country by U.S. News & World Report.
He has over twenty-six years of legal experience and was an active trial attorney for the first twenty years of his practice.
He is active in various civic and charitable organizations and is the proud father of three children.
